Return Policy


What's our return policy

Honkaybeauty website provides customers with a "30-day product return guarantee" (calculated from the date of receipt), If you order products on this website and find the following situations after receiving the goods, you must contact our customer service department, and you can return and exchange the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt:

1. The product is found to be damaged when the goods are received.

2. The product is different from or less than the product ordered by the customer on the website

3. It is found that the product has expired when the goods are received.

If you encounter items 1 and 2 above, contact our customer service department immediately on the day of receipt. Only unopened products can be returned. Some discounted, opened, used, or damaged items due to the customer's human factors can be returned. Cannot be replaced.


What's our refund policy

Undamaged goods can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the goods. once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:

Order number

Product name

Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.

3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days. 


Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below: 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $600, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
